In addition to the mandatory education for teachers, our teachers are offered specialized training to enhance their professionalism. Also, they are provided with stress relief and refinement education that empathizes their tired body and mind through training to become 'happy teachers with professionalism.'
New Employee Orientation

Course Study
Course study is conducted to develop teacher's professionalism and the quality of childcare. NCSOFT Nursery School teachers discuss together to improve the class in the course study group by reading published researches and educational books.
